Our mission is to walk alongside caregivers on their journey of caring for their loved ones. Gloria Healing provides resources and education to empower each caregiver to prioritize their self-care. We often think of self-care as a one-off like "take a hot bath or" get a massage", and while these are good, they are only the tip of the iceberg.
As caregivers with lived experience supporting loved ones on their mental health journeys and advocating for meaningful change, we understand the emotional weight caregivers carry every day.
For many years, self-care was not part of my own wellness toolbox, and I know firsthand how often caregivers place themselves last.
Our commitment is to help caregivers create a sustainable balance that respects both the needs of their loved ones and their own well-being — because caring for yourself is not a luxury, it is essential.
